The AIDS Council's Free Testing Services

Free Walk-In HIV and STD Testing Services at various community based sites throughout the Capital Region. First Come, First Served - No appointment is necessary.

OraQuick Advance testing for HIV (no blood, no needles): same day results; Urine-based screening for chlamydia and gonorrhea - results in one week; Hepatitis C screening as needed – results in two weeks.

NOTE: For testing sites outside of Northeastern New York, visit the New York State Department of Health website, www.nyhealth.gov for a list of HIV Counseling and Testing Directory of Services. We do not provide testing for travel visas, employment visas, or naturalization purposes.
