If you are uninsured or underinsured the Health Insurance Access Program (HIAP) will assist you:

With completing ADAP, ADAP Plus, Home Care, and APIC
By advocating on your behalf with providers
By providing follow-up to ensure successful enrollment
With transitioning to comprehensive health care, which includes prescription and medical coverage
